TECHNICAL SERVICES

We offer support for Xerox, IBM, Pitney Bowes, Lexmark, Nec, Califone & Lenovo equipment.

Our technical team is located at our corporate headquarters in Vide Bouteille.

Technical Services include: FSMA (full service maintenance) where customer pay in advance and the equipment is kept in good operating condition. Included is four schedule visits per year for cleaning and servicing. Repair or replacing of any parts done under the agreement Response time for all fsma customer is four (4) hours.

T & M or time & material Customer pay for labour, travel & any parts replaced on a piece of equipment. Response time for T&M customer is eight hours or the next working day.

Authorized representative for Xerox, IBM and Pitney Bowes with over twenty years experience in hardware support. This covers the entire spectrum of Xerox Document solutions, IBM computers; Servers, Laptops and Desktops, and Pitney Bowes mailing machines and inserters. Support is available on call from the technicians and engineers at J.E. Bergasse during working hours, from Monday to Friday.
