TSL St. Lucia is part of the TSL Group
with its head offices in Trinidad.
TSL St. Lucia began operations in late
2007 specifically to provide services to
the Point of Sale industry. During this
time, most of our sales were focused
around the banking sector, providing the
VeriFone POS kits.
December 2008 saw the signing of a full
service contract with FCIB for the
maintenance of all their POS terminals.
Currently we provide POS kits to most of
the banks on the island: BOSL, Scotia,
FCIB, RBC.
The company is now going through the
process of intensive training to be in a
position to provide services in most of
the areas of business now available and
being provided through TSL Trinidad.
In October of last year a Citrix Xen
Desktop solution was installed remotely
for Consolidated Foods Ltd.
In March 2009 we secured our first sale
of our HRp5 Solution(Payroll).
TSL’s strength comes from it
partnerships with the key players in the
IT industry, locally, regionally and
internationally. Eg. Microsoft, Citrix,
VMware, Nortel, IBM, Cisco, VeriFone
etc.
In its current state, TSL St. Lucia acts
as the artery through which professional
services are provided by the ICT team
from TSL Trinidad. Later this year, the
company will begin delivering services
from locals who will be capable of
acting in various disciplines including:

Carter Hyacinth
Sales & Marketing Manager
Carter started with TSL St Lucia in
October of 2008. He brought with him a
little less than ten years experience
with Merchant Support Services for First
Caribbean International Bank. His work
experience started off as a computer
technician, with I.S.I.S, and has
continued generally along this path and
also other areas of the IT industry. He
was one of the persons on the frontline,
for supporting mobile top-up services
for Digicel in St Lucia via the POS kits
and mobile phones. He brings with him
the love for customer service and
satisfaction, which is the foundation of
TSL’s growth and development.
