As such, in keeping with the partial scale down of non-essential economic and social services from Monday, March 23, 2020, to Friday, April 26, 2020, we would like to advise on the update of our services as guided below.
During the period of the partial scale down, please note that our J.E.Bergasse & Document Centre offices including our warehouse will be closed. As such, Document Centre, Sales Order Processing & Service support have been suspended from between Monday, March 23 & Friday, April 25, 2020.
We will be facilitating & supporting essential services on an emergency basis only where we can, remotely. However, note that there may be a delay in our response time as our human resource is limited.

We are encouraging all our customers to maximize the use of order payments via our SurePay Online portal. For FREE registration, here are the 3 easy steps:

During the period of the partial scale down, please note that our insurance departments will facilitate the following services during the hours of 8:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. and we will ONLY be allowing a maximum of 5 customers into the building at any given time at our Vide Bouteille location, 1 at each of our Soufriere & Vieux Fort branches. If you can make your request remotely, we highly advise that you do so using the respective contact information below.

We strongly encourage you to delay all non-essential requests until normal functions resume. We also urge all customers to minimize the frequency of their branch visits where possible by availing of alternative communication channels provided.
