We are thrilled to announce that Kirby Augustin, our current Assistant Manager, Field Services, will be stepping into the role of Manager – Technical Service and Customer Support, succeeding Charles Lee upon his retirement.
Over the past 8 months, Kirby has worked closely with Charles as part of our succession planning process, preparing him to take on this critical leadership role. His impressive qualifications and certifications further solidify his capability to excel in this position.
Kirby’s strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to J.E. Bergasse’s vision makes him the ideal leader to guide our Technical Service and Customer Support team into the future.
Owen Louis
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Owen Louis from Field Service Engineer to Assistant Manager, Field Services!
Since joining J.E. Bergasse in June 2011, Owen has been an invaluable part of our team. His dedication, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence have consistently contributed to the success of our organization.
In his new role, Owen will take on greater responsibilities, overseeing field service operations and driving innovation and efficiency within the department.
Retirements: Honoring a Lifetime of Dedication
We also want to express our deep gratitude to Mr. Charles Lee, having devoted years of service to our company. We bid a fond farewell to Charles Lee, who retired on December 24, 2024, after a remarkable career spanning over four decades in the technical industry.
Charles joined J.E. Bergasse in July 2017 as Manager – Technical Service and Customer Support, bringing with him an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience. His approach to leadership has always been centered on enriching the lives of his colleagues, fostering fulfilling work environments, and building stronger, more resilient organizations.
Charles began his journey in the technical industry in 1981, and we were truly fortunate to have benefited from his expertise and guidance during his time with us. His contributions have left an indelible mark on our team, and his legacy of collaboration and excellence will continue to inspire us.
It was an honor to celebrate Charles’s incredible career and we’re wishing him a retirement filled with joy, relaxation, and new adventures. Mr. Lee’s tireless efforts, wisdom, and expertise have helped shape our organization, and his legacy will live on in the work we continue to do.
